Mike trained at the Welsh School of Pharmacy and qualified as a Pharmacist in 1979. After several years in practice, that included retail management, he moved into industry.
In 1997, he became a freelance consultant; not just specialising in the skills he had learnt in his employment, but expanding to include those required by his clients. As a consequence, over the ‘freelance years’ he has had exposure to many disciplines including: sales and marketing, strategic development of products and claims, issues management, opinion leader development and many more.
His clients range from the large multinationals to the smallest operations. He has worked in the US and most European countries.
In his spare time he lives with his wife Louise, a training and development specialist, in the house he built in the Wye valley (south-east Wales), sometimes tending to his half acre garden (‘as seen on TV’!).
